    Luckily I had access to a Fabrication shop where they have a plasma torch cutting table. Quickest perfect circle and when the keg is partially filled with water the cleanup is not too intensive.

    Far East!! LOL Good idea about lagering outside. We have a brew shed that would be great for a lagering box/unit with heating in the winter.

    Hey all. Just started the brewing operation which seemed to take forever to setup. Finally my brew partner and I are neck deep in all grain brewing (with no shortcuts), nothing against extracts but we just don't use them, may however start using them for bottling/kegging in the near future...
