    HB rye saison with citra/nelson and Brett c. Dangerously drinkable and refreshing on a 35 C day despite being almost 7%. Just trying to stay hydrated while grill roasting some new potatoes and patty pan squash.

    Good suggestions. I suppose it is missing some flaked adjunct and I do love me some oats in a stout. In fact I have some gno that might do the job although haven't tried them outside of paler beers.

    Well done. I knew a sweet corn breeder that would bring a propane burner out to the field, get a kettle of water boiling, and toss a freshly picked ear in at lunch. Anything less was uncivilized.

    Couple racks of baby backs and a handful of ABTs. Skipped the smokie in the ABTs and instead stuffed them with a mix of feta, ricotta and chilli powder. So more like a jalapeño popper... just using up stuff in the fridge.
