    Addition I love IPAs but that's not exactly what I was Going for, should I just add the wheat to my specialty grains I steep or get some liquid wheat extract ( do they even make that) ? Also for the honey addition end of boil or in the fermenter ?

    Yes it is for a five gallon batch .So should I replace some lme with the wheat or use the wheat as well as the 6lb of lme? The final suggested abv on the kit purchased was 7.45 so that might be a little higher than what I will get?

    Bottle condition ?

    I bottled a batch of IPA about a week ago and I pulled two out to put in the fridge and try "waiting Two weeks is hard" One beer looks normal the other has a little ring of bubbles at the top and I can see carbination bubbles flowing in the beer and the other does not have any visible movement...

    I built one an it only cost 45 for the 3/4 black iron pipe and another 25 for plug cord and bulb that's about 100 less for the design I built vs buying it

    Dunkelwizen off flavor

    After 4 weeks in bottle it's starting to lose a little of that soy sauce flavor. it's a little high on the carbonation as of now .I want o put it in the fridge to stop more carbonation but will that stop the aging process that might help rid those off flavors ??

    That's what I wanted to avoid I had to do that on my last batch because I forgot about the priming sugar and it came out strange
