I think I'll go that route next time, but the Warrior/ Centennial/ Nelson Sauvin combo is pretty good!

I don't have a keg king but I upgraded my Insignia Best Buy special with an Intertap tower and couldn't be happier!

Went with 2oz Centennial and 1oz Nelson Sauvin. The coffee, oak, and bourbon are very subtle, just what I was going for!

Brewed a Kolsch, mixed it up a little with some Sorachi Ace and Nelson Sauvin. Lackadaisical brew day still took under 4 hrs start to finish...I love eBIAB! Unfortunately the LHBS was closed so need to grab yeast tomorrow.
