Howdy fellas... A buddy and I are going to be driving from Chicago to Cleveland Ohio early next week. We're leaving Chicago Monday morning, and don't have to be in Cleveland till Wednesday afternoon. We're thinking about stopping at a few breweries along the way (Bells, Arcadia, Arbor)...

Newbie thought here, but at what temp is your hydrometer calibrated? When I did my first AG batch, I kinda freaked that my OG was only 1.026 when it was supposed to be around 1.040... So i read the directions that came with the hydrometer- it stated the calibration was at 60 degrees, so I cooled...
