    Brewer's Edge Mash & Boil

My guess is to sanitize via heat. That's what I do the last 5 or so minutes of my boil.

    Brewers Edge Mash & Boil

Yeah, I'm familiar with both. If the posters of those threads would have used the search function before posting, they would have found this one. Oh well... no big deal.

Do you need a 1 off Stainless part built for your system? Let's discuss it.

Awesome. Functional = pretty to me. I won't see the seem when it's inside the kettle anyways!

I just measured... I would need a "basket" -with solid sides -Jaybird false bottom -14" high -With 1" feet (15" total height) -12" wide -With a handle I could lift/hoist wet grain Still reasonable? Curious if it will be reasonable $$$ too. [emoji15]

Here are a couple pictures of the malt pipe (grain basket) in the robobrew. I will get measurements of what size I'd need. Basically, I'd want it to fit inside the SsBrewtech 15G Kettle, sit off the bottom, and not interfere with the pickup tube. Ideally it would also fit below the recirculation...

Do you need a 1 off Stainless part built for your system? Let's discuss it.

Okay, what about a "malt pipe?" That's what the grainfather and other all in one systems are calling it, right? I've got 2 SsBrewtech 15g kettles, and one is setup as a mashtun. Instead of 2 vessel, I'd like to go 1. Could you make a solid sided malt pipe to fit with a "jay bird" false bottom...

Do you need a 1 off Stainless part built for your system? Let's discuss it.

I am interested in a replacement dip tube for my SsBrewtech kettle. I love my kettles, but the dead space in the 15 gallon mash tun really bugs me. I don't care about the trub dam part, just a longer tube. If it was long, I could cut it to a better length. The current dip tubes are over 1/2"...

    Homemade Bread Thread

First attempt at a sourdough. Best bread I've made yet, but not a great sourdough. I used a bread machine recipe, and let it make the dough. Final rise on the counter and baked in a Dutch oven.

What was your Gatewaybeer to craft beer?

I've always liked bold flavors. I love spicy food, dark chocolate, stinky cheese, peppery charred steaks with a rare center, and black dark strong coffee that makes your piss smell like Starbucks after a half a cup. In college, it was the beast and keystone pounders. One time a buddy brought...
