Yes. I use the box to channel the cold air up through the hose to the tower.

How do you wire it to work correctly?

Looking for a less expensive cooling fan for my kegerator tower. I can't see me paying $50 for a simple device as a mini fan. if anyone that has a used one in good condition to sell, please let me know. I live in NC.
