    At first I was really worried this beer was going to be horrific mess considering the drunken mess I was when brewing. I had some last night after letting it age a bit and WOW.. It's really good. Almost has a silky taste too it. My friend who doesn't even like beer (not sure what his problem is)...

    Best cider ever.

    I just did a batch of this last night too. I used 2lbs of Light extract instead of 1 light one amber though. My OG was 1.06 and tasted amazing. I used safale 05 for this batch. I can't wait to experiment with this recipe base. Any idea the best way to add a spicy ginger taste to this?

    Man, I love Apfelwein

    Show us your Kegerator

    That fridge is the sanyo 4912 so no freezer compartment. It popped up on craigslist so I was all over it. I'll get a door open pic up soon. I gotta say, I love having beer on tap in my apt.
