    Facts! That’s why I don’t go out. I bought my first 4pk in mos with a Gift card. I prefer to drink my HB made with love and a much cheaper cost.

    It’s cherry nose with subtle spice. The taste is cherry with a bright honey note and subtle spice(cinnamon) on the back and a small kick of alcohol. For being so young it’s very delicious. Even had clarity that you can’t see in the bottles only the glass once it’s poured.

    This image brings back memories of my childhood very early 80s watching my father and grandfather go to Canada buy grapes and come back to Buffalo and make wine in the basement.

    Cherry definitely does that but it will mellow out. I currently have a cherry melomel in the secondary and it’s been fermenting over a month now but it tastes ready; no alcohol burn or cough drop taste. It is young but it’s very good, I can’t wait to see how it is in a year.
