Top is 17.3%ABV blueberry 🫐 melomel still fermenting, 2nd is cherry melomel 13%, 3rd strawberry banana melomel 15%

Checked the gravity on my blueberry 🫐 melomel last night, started at 1.142, now sitting at 1.012 🙌🏿!!! Im hooked on D-47 now because it leaves alot of the fruit character behind instead of the ec-1118 which is kind of neutral. I think i found my new yeast. Most likely in a few days i’ll rack off...

5.5 gallons blueberry melomel

Bottled my banana melomel finally 🙌🏿

Made a 4gallon apple cran cider for my wife naturally carbonating with spunding valve, and made 5.5 gallons of blueberry 🫐 melomel 🍻🍷.

Oh I understand now its all the meads from everyone in the group being totaled up together. For some reason I thought it was the total of the meads I made, not everyone plus mines 😂. Got it 👍🏿.

That's the total mead I made this year but also the only mead so I only made 21 gallons, and counting.... lol

7gallons- melomel(banana, strawberry banana, &cherry) 4gallons-pyment 7gallons- traditional 3gallons- fortified buckwheat bochet

Racked my holiday braggot to my secondary last night and added my spices, anise, cinnamon, clove, and nutmeg and 3/4lb of honey again. Today I washed my 34/70 yeast and about to harvest a few vials 🧪 for when I make my lager again.

Close transferred an american lager into a co2 and biofine serving keg.
