Backsweetened, added acid ~15 gallons of grape hydromel today. Tomorrow bottling up ~3.5 gal of cranberry orange mead.

Added raspberries and lemons/zest and also back sweetened my raspberry lemonade session. Also started a new traditional mead( added to gallons produced)

Bottled up 3 gallons of bourbon stave aged bochet and 4 gallons of the cherry mead today.

20 gallons plus 7.5 blueberry and 7.5 dragonfruit = 35 gallons

Travel ban and tons of snow again in Buffalo, no big deal, I’ll make a bunch of meads today. Blueberry melomel and also a dragonfruit melomel.
