Those look awesome! I have a hard time finding any brick down here in North Texas. I found some at Whole Foods last year but don't remember the brand. It was very pricey there, but was tasty.

Made some quicky ham and cheese breakfast sandwiches with a couple of left-over biscuits this morning to eat while working from home. No big deal, but they turned out so pretty I had to take a picture of them! lol

Edit: no one knows why this was posted on this thread, though I did put some homemade hot sauce in my bowl!! lol It’s been raining, cold, and getting colder here in north Texas today. It’s 47° F at the moment and headed for the mid 30’s tonight. So I made a big pot of potato soup! :)

Recently discovered the ChiliChump and have watched a bunch, but mostly on growing and not much on fermenting. I'll have to explore further down his list!

I've seen a lot of discussion on the pizza forum on cubing cheese and that it improves the melt and ultimate flavor but I have not tried it. Grinding it through a large plate makes a lot of sense and I will give that a try. Good idea!

I've been fermenting in jars with air locks anywhere from 1-3 months. Tabasco ferments theirs's in barrels for 3 years, with special runs up to 5 years!! I have never heard of fermenting in vacuum bags before. I'm gonna have to study up on that. Seems like a good idea.

Yeah, mummy dog faces are yellow mustard :) I made a ton of those with little smokies sausages and took them to work a couple of years ago with a jalapeno mustard dip and they were a big hit. Had a couple of sausages and a couple of hot dogs left from pretzel dogs, had a can of crescent rolls in...

Looks great! I loves me some cheese bread! I have a recipe for a chili cheese bread that I have made a few times that turned our very nice. I need to do that one again.
