@TwistedGray method. Pics with less carb were intentional as I used 1/4 tsp on those. For 22oz bottles I do a tsp. The stout is a tsp for 22 Oz. Kits include the same amount of sugar to make sure it carbs a bunch. This method works well

In no way an expert but this is my favorite Oktoberfest. The local pub I go to has it on tap each fall

Oxyclean does well. If you got time Homebrewing shops, Amazon, north Brewe etc have power cleaners there are really good to. If they are dirty id probably do a cap of bleach and dish soap soak for a bit, rinse well, then oxyclean. I go overboard on cleaning.

Same for me since talking with @TwistedGray about this a few months ago I dose each bottle. I use corn sugar (until I run out :) Like @Immocles i got floaties with the tabs. This works great and I get a cleaner pour
