I know Blichmann used to sell these. Can anyone tell me where to find 1/2" NPT SS 3-way ball valves? I'd like to use them in lieu of Ts and standard ball valves.

Yup. I've seen that on new, small kegs. Mine do not have it.

Nice work. I think the culprit is the slight indent near the wheel wells. You can notch a section of rubber base lip to allow it to clear I think. That's just what I've seen from when I built mine. Planning to keg my next two batches in my 2.5 's for my family vacation.

So I killed the pressure to it for 24-hours and let it sit. Now it's flowing fine with little to no foam. Jury is still out if massive fresh Cascade in my Brown Ale is a good mix. It is a bit overpowering with grassy notes...almost plastic-like phenols. I am going to give it another day or...

Good tip. In my case it was a drop in the bucket once all was said and done. The big dollar items are kegs, regulator and faucets/shanks & the cooler. If you can save some money on those pieces you could really bring the price down.

I hooked up my HopRocket in-line on my draft system last night. At first it foamed like crazy then just stopped pouring. I am going to disassemble and see why its blocked but I wondered if anyone had any tips for foam-free pouring when running draft beer thru 3 oz of hops.

StarSan mixed with distilled water that started to get hazy so I dumped it and made up a fresh batch. I think it has to do with the fact I kept the lid on this bath right after making it.

I mixed up a fresh batch of StarSan with distilled water and after a couple days in my bucket with the lid on it smells slightly of sulphur. It's not strong. pH checks fine. it does not remain in or on anything sanitized with it. Why does it smell at all? It never has before and I leave...

I used 3" shanks in the above pix. 2" might have worked.
