True T23 refrigerator
In case anyone is wondering. I was able to easily drill thru the side of my T23 and mount two beer taps. It looks great and now I am able to dry age meat in it since I will not be opening the door often to pour a glass of beer. Cheers!- happylush

Dry aged beef steaks
That sounds excellent. I was wondering how to humidity control the refrigerator. Do I need to sanitize the entire refrigerator before trying this? Also, when I select my beef from the butcher, is there anything that I need to ask for as far as age or hanging time? I really appreciate your help!- happylush

Does anybody know if it is safe to drill thru the side of a True T23? I want to convert it to a kegerator but I'm afraid of what I might find under the skin. Thanks!- happylush

Dry aged beef steaks
Does anyone have any experience dry aging a side of ribeye? I have a true t23 refrigerator and I would love to do this but I really need to learn what I am doing. Any information would be great! Thanks!- happylush
