I’m hopeful that it’ll be worth the wait. I’ve got some good things coming to you... just kegged the Imp Stout on Saturday. I need a few more days to condition it... I’ve got it on Nitro, and I’ve not bottled a nitro beer before. Hoping it works out decently.

to be fair, I did give you a proper heads-up on Sept 30 that it would take me a bit of time, and that I had one more beer to make... I am certainly sorry that I haven’t been responsive. I hope the beer is worth the wait.

That’s should read “filled and carbed” not carved...

I tried the beer gun and similar. The best of the best is the Williams Warn Counter-pressure Bottle Filler. It works really really well. It’s definitely on the pricey end of solutions, but I get perfectly filled and carved bottles every time.
