    Cream Ale

    Just got this bottled 2.5 weeks ago. Let mine sit in primary for 3 weeks (fermented at 64-65) and then bottled. I've sampled one every few days since bottling and it's awesome to taste it getting smoother and better. I sit down to drink one, don't really notice how quickly I'm drinking it...

    What I did for beer today

    Bottled 1 Gallon of edwort's Apfelwine and started another on its cake. Tasted like I remember Hornsby to taste, so I'm extra geeked to see where it ends up by late summer/fall when SWMBO and I try a bottle!

    Bottled my first homebrew! (NBs Cream Ale extract kit that was brewed on 4/9). Also, didn't hate the cleaning/sanitizing of the bottles (yet?).

    New to this but voting Guinness Draught, they're shrink-wrapped on so you can just cut them off! Not the cheapest, but man they were easy!

    Have fun!!! Just did my first brew on Monday. Log everything you do, it'll help a bunch to see what to modify for next time.
