I am also starting to plan my Kal clone build and have been looking Ito DIN rails for organizing the box. Did you have to use any different parts than Kal's list in order to use DIN rails? Thanks.

That looks almost identical to the two that I have except both of mine have a top surface on them. I was able to 4 cornies into mine. I had to use pinlock (converted to ball-lock) in the back under the compressor and the 2 ball-lock kegs in the front. My co2 fit right on the middle of all 4...

I ended up getting Lowes brand white food grade buckets and then the Gamma lids from Home Depot. I love being able to unscrew the lids instead of having to pry off a lid. Still on first 55# sack, but its definitely nice to go to the LHBS and spend barely $10 to get everything else needed to brew.

I have read that people can bottle that way. I have also read that you can get variable amounts of carbonation due to varying amounts of sugar added to each bottle. I know everyone has there own style, so go for it if that's what you are set on doing. I recently have started bottling after 6...

Are you planning in using carb tabs? Most people transfer from the the fermenter to a bottling bucket so that they can add priming sugar without disturbing everything that settles out in the primary.

I can't wait to build one of these!!!! I'm sure I will be posting some more questions once I start to wire everything up.
