    Ok, just starter a one gallon started 2 days before i get my carboy in the mail, that way ill add it to the remaining 2 gallons and itll be nice and settled.. I settled on this recipe. 1lb of light brown sugar 3gals of Great Value Unsweetened apple juice from Walmart 71b-1122...

    Ok, ill go for it! Sence the yeast is good for 10 gallons, shoul i pour out about less then half and stick the rest in the fridge? How do i store it once it gets here.

    So i guess ill jus add half the 2lb bag, which would obv be one pound of sugar...unless even thats too much. My yeast list i ordered... (WY110) These 6 stains of yeast have been isolated from different parts of the world - California, Germany, France, etc. They are packaged in 5 gram...

    Yup i am... but recipe wise.... Just dump all 4lbs in with 3qts of apple to dissolve, pour in carboy, add in the grape juice(if i should even do that) and fill up to 2 gal with the remaining apple. then the last .5gal ill mix the yeast in with some apple and pour it in? How much yeast...

    Well, i got the carboy, airlocks, and yeast comming in on monday. So, this weekend i need to finish shopping. I allready got 4 3qt bottles of no-name apple juice, pasturized but no preservatives. Got one 2qt of grape juice, because it would be cool to have a wine/cider wine, but still...

    Was brainstorming because of the thread below this, and the post i made in my thread... When i was younger, me and my friends used to play around with dry ice.. We would take a small chunk and drop it in our drinks and it would fizz... But, the cool thing was, other then making it cold...

    I doubt theyll blow, there plastic. Ever make a dry ice bomb? Take a bottle, half fill it with water, drop a chunk of dry ice in it, and toss it... Itll expand to about 4x its origional size before it explosivly explodes.

    Bubbles are basically stopped... I just Siphoned it into a clean container, then ran it threw a double layered coffee filter into another clean container. its nice and clear. Added in a pinch more of sugger, and put it into about 10 used and cleaned water bottles, capped off, and there stuck...

    What about a sanitizer solution? At BK, where i unfortunatly work, we have sanitizer for the sinks. Its like powdered bleach and stuff. As long as it dont get into the cider, should be fine?

    Oh, and is there an actual reason why my 1/2 gal bottles are bad for making it? Whats the diff if i have 10 of those or one 5 gallon carboy? Other then, if one gets infected, i still have 4 1/2 gals of uninfected...

    Taists far better then anything i ever taisted! And it isnt that mucky.... Its cleared up a lot sence yesterday! Still has the major bubbles though. 2 30 packs of bud is 20 bucks 33.3 cents per beer. and, its kinda hard to get a decent carboy in my dorm room... I can go for...
