    Might throw in the towel

    On top of what ozarks said. My $30 mini CL fridge and $15 controller made the biggest change in my brewing. The other thing that really helped was going ghetto all grain, its a small cooler undersized pot (i have to watch non stop for boil overs) ....It got rid of that burnt extract taste...

    faucet hosed?

    ok cool I'll give that a try . I'm on my first keg so this is kind of really new to me . Although it was used so could very likely be the cause. Thanks.. edit** honestly I didnt clean it that good. Just a quick clean, I did change all the hoses and keg connectors.

    I dont know what type it is. I think what i might do is get another faucet then try to fix this one.

    Simple question when I turn the faucet off it has a fairly small stream for about 30 seconds, its more than a dribble. Can that seal be changed in the faucet or do I need a new faucet? I dont even know what type it is it came with setup.. might be why I got it so cheap cause everything else...

    American Pale Ale Recipe Critique

    I made something similar although I used honey malt instead of the caramel malt and a pound of honey.. I wish i would have made more. The caramel malt sounds interesting, let us know how it turns out.

    crooked can in winter garden is ok nice atmosphere.. I do like florida beer companies take on wit adding lime. They are located in cape Canaveral short drive. The publix on the corner of 27 and 192 carries alot of craft beers. there is a winery in clermont lakeridge. if you have troubles...
