5 gal Carboy 6lb honey, 2lb corn sugar, mead yeast, yeast nutrient, and wine yeast.

I have made three 1 gallon batches so far. Doing AG BIAB. Great to try different brews. Got a Red Rye IPA fermenting now.

Drinking my clone right now, turned out great a little more bitter than the real 60 min ipa.

I brewed the 5 gal version if this . Some add a couple if pellets a minute and some split the total hops up to 10 min additions. Def try to use fawcett amber malt. Warrior, simcoe and Amarillo. Hops

Brewed a 1gal BIAB verison last night. Def on the darker end color wise.

Have a 1gal Belgian wit/white ipa fermenting and prob going to brew an Irish Red next week.

Here's mine. I did the bucket inside of a bucket. Still need to make a water bottle hopper to be able to use it with the lid on.
