Only in beers I'm afraid. I have had a pumpkin spiced cider once before though, and it was pretty decent, just not really my cup of tea!

I would be careful with the spices just because sometimes those pumpkin spices can leave a bitter aftertaste that I'm not fond of. Otherwise sounds like a great plan! Also, java cider sounds incredible. I like the beans idea more than the espresso, but not sure why. Hell, a vanilla stick an...

I had exactly the same problem as you the first time around, the key for me was to take them out and give them a damn good stir every 10 minutes without fail. Took probably 2 and a half hours to brown them enough with the storing but they came out looking and tasting excellent.

Visited yesterday, beautiful bar man. Could do with a few more selections on tap, but that harpoon IPA was still delicious! Food was great too, pretty damn tasty. All in all, well done!

Did you buy it from keg connection dot com? I upgraded to a dual when I bought through them and it came fully assembled. Also customized parts of the order through email, incredibly helpful people there so give it a try.

Cant you get on the phone with whoever you bought it from? I presume you ordered a 'dual', so it should not only come assembled, but with all of the correct parts.
