    My apa has been fermenting well in the primary for about two weeks. havent taken a gravity reading but when is the average amount of time to leave it in the primary before i rack it to the bottling bucket. (i dont have a secondary fermenter just the bottling bucket)

    I just used fletchmans bread yeast and let it sit in the primary carboy with the oranges and raisins for about 6 weeks. then i racked it into a secondary and let it settle out for about another week. then just bottle it up. taste is still young but absolutely still delicious.
