    Mash tun problem

Hi all. I have recently just brought a 35 litre cooler which I plan to convert into a mash tun. I have a problem, I brought this cooler off ebay and didn't notice that it has ribbed edges around the bottom of the cooler. I'm not able to drill my hole right at the bottom but about 3 inches up...

    Recipes

Thanks. I have just done a American cascade pale ale and it is excellent. I want to trysting more American beers as I went to beer festival and couldn't move away from the American beer stand. So I could use chinook as a bittering hop and then the citra as a late addition?

    Low alchol lager

If anyone on here ever goes to Prague and you wonder why they drink all day and are still standing, this is why! 0.5% ABV. It's actually very nice and refreshing.

    Bad Commercial Beer

I live in the UK and the commercial beer is awful! Their seems to be a lot of real ale pubs closing down because people would rather drink watery yellow alcohol that gets them sloshed than decent beer that has taste!

Lets see your hop harvest pics...

    Sanitation!

Why are we all so anal about sanitation when humans have been making beer for centuries, and they obviously didn't have cleaning products like we do now and also didn't know much about bad bacteria? I'm just curious :-/
