check the BTU output, but I'm betting it's pretty low. Can you straddle a couple burners on your range?

Don't worry - you won't be sued for using it on your homebrew. I don't know how comfortable you are with your image software, but an easy/obvious logo idea would be to have a blue tongue coming out of the "O" - maybe licking at "BREW". For the label, what if you just blow the image up and...

Hey Travis - just sent you an email. The .eps version of the logo should scale perfectly. As suggested, you might want to check your document dpi size. OR - just send me the finalized file that you're trying to print and I can take a look at it.

I don't think it's the bird...can you rotate the bundle of grain counter-clockwise a bit? I think it's hooking in and creating the appearance of the bird being too close. I'd also make the lettering on the banner/ribbon a little smaller - that way it'll feel less forced. those two (small)...
