    Today I brewed a partial-mash IPA (nothing fancy, not gluten-free... just a regular old IPA with some extract and grains). My girlfriend has celiac, and she came over just as I was finishing the boil. We opened some windows, as she was worried that the glutenous stuff might end up in the air...
