    We'll, me and the missus parted ways last year. Getting ready for a biz trip to Aussieland, shirts are washed but wrinkly. I bought an iron last night. I'm used to doing everything myself, now I need to learn ironing!

    Ditto. Drinking black ask coffee while discovering the intricacies of ironing shirts.

    Issue w/ "thin" taste and possible stalled Ferm!

    Crush could be the issue, or mash could be the issue, or both. You might be able to save it by using a saison yeast with high attenuation, like BE256. For your next batch, try a finer crush, and a step mash for better fermentability.

    Yep, just yeast. With summertime temps here, it just makes sense to use kveik. Experimenting with different hop combos to get the taste I like. This one used Nugget, Citra, Amarillo, and Saaz, for about 39 IBU. EDIT: I also snuck in a pound of Belgian biscuit malt to my normal recipe.

    Yeah, by 9PM (6 hours after pitch) it was blowing out the blowoff tube. Just went on morebeer's site and ordered just enough of the dried version to get free shipping.
