Bottling my last batch of experimental tripel today before I leave. It will have at least 4 weeks to bottle condition. Ended up with 45 half liter bottles at 10.5 ABV and 39 IBU. Gives me something to look forward to when I get back!

Yeah, I could only get economy on the American flight to Dallas, but premium Qsuite seats on the Qatar flights Dallas/Doha/Brisbane. Those flights are on an Airbus 350/1000.

Right now, our only option is to fly into Sidney, do a 14 day quarantine there, then fly to Brisbane, and do another 14 day quarantine there. These numbers do not compute into a profitable venture!

No, what we had was a transit visa, landing in Auckland, then another flight to Brisbane. It was all good 3 days ago, but was cancelled sometime yesterday. We only got the Aussie visa under "crucial infrastructure" considerations.
