    I'm curious to hear the difference in taste compared to something like a Paulaner or Hacker Pschorr Hefe. Any chance you could describe the differences? Also, which type of Munich did you use?

    Did you by chance get the Munich and Pilsner percentages backwards? Most of the recipes I've seen were around 60% Wheat and 40% Pilsner. Edit: Nevermind, I see from the EBC that it's definitely not 40% Pilsner. Would this be considered a Weizenbock?

    Sizing your Chest Freezer for Corny Kegs

    Frigidaire FFC0923DW will fit 7 cornies or 6 and a 20LB aluminum tank. There are a few different configurations that will work, but 4 cornies is the maximum on the floor without forcing more than I'm comfortable with.

    Thanks for the reply. I was thinking of some food safe silicone for the encapsulation. I will only use the stick with GFCI, but I think I'd just feel better if it were encapsulated. I was just going to wrap a strip of paper around black part where the element connections are, and encapsulate...
