    Brewrig FINALLY started.

    I have also been kicking around the idea of having my HLT on the bottom shelf of a similar cart.     I will be using US-05 for this, what should my mash temp be? Also I just realized I selected crushed for my 2lbs of rice hulls from Midwest that is in route....., now what? Stuck sparge? 60qt Igloo Ice cube with copper manifold double batch sparging.
