I think the original question was what to do about cleaning the mold out of the tubing after it's already in there, not how to prevent it, like I said in an earlier post, soaking it in a little bleach water would take care of it, then take these other steps to keep it from happening again, also...

What about soaking it in a little bleach water, might discolor it a bit but it will be clean, and how about blowing it out with a compressor.
