How much ABV should I expect during conditioning?

If you used a kit and followed the recipe exact. Your readings are off and you need not worry. Unless like I said you botched the recipe.

    Recomendations on my IPA

Sure it will be fine although I've never done this with the problem you had. My guess of any issues would be a decrease in bittering due to that you didn't boil for 60 min. Let us know how it finishes.

    Hop addition flub

Just dry hop the shat out of it to get a kick in aroma. It will be an awesome brew. Post pics when it's finished!

    Hop addition flub

Could you post the recipe. My first thought is let it ride and learn from this. But damn if its an ipa I think the more the merrier. I love a bitter floral ipa. So continue like usual after beer is done fermenting and cleaned up. dry hop for a week then bottle or keg.

    Advanced extract brewing

Love the thread. I'm in the same boat as you. I have done all types of brewing. All grain at my friends cause I don't have the room. Adding fruit to secondary. To do or not to do.

This is the best part of brewing. Experimentation. Add the juice of fruit at the end of boil for a subtle flavor or in secondary phase for more of a pronounced flavor. I say Do your research and go for it...It's your beer. Post pics and what not to keep us updated.
