No worries my friend. I've popped that rubber piece into my fermenter a few times. Once I had to put my whole arm in the bucket to get it out. The beer turned out fine. As far as the yeast the people who posted above me are spot on.

So you aerated after fermentation? You probably oxidized your beer. I hope you didn't and the brew gods are in your favor. The only thing is try is raising your temps to see of that arouses the yeast if not then it's done..

I talked with the Portsmouth brewery while I was enjoying my ktg and they said he got the name to as of recent. I can't wait to have a solid brewery within walking distance... sigh

Sorry to cause a debate. Although I do like a good debate now and again. Perhaps I should have left out that it was considered a world class beer. I thought it was from my half assed research through out the years this beer has been around. But in any case I'm glad it sparked some interest. Cheers.

Agreed. The coffee I put in was trying to push through the jack and vanilla. I will post pics and do a video review of it in two months.

I brewed a stout variation. Finally snuck taste although not ready. I used 5 bags of graham crackers. Vanilla beans soaked in gentleman jack with some cinnamon and ginger. First impression? So far it tastes kinda like a tootsie roll. Don't really get the graham cracker taste yet. Won't know...

Popped one a few days ago and it wasn't fully carbed. Had one today and its getting there. So far it tastes great. My friend put his to bottle a little bit ago. So soon we will be doing our competition review.
