I took the GFCI out of a spa panel and mounted it inside my brewing panel. Best of both worlds IMO.

The brewery uses .4 lbs / gal. If I were to make this again I would roll with 3 cans of each for a 5 gallon batch and puree them as well. Best of luck. Keep an eye on blow off, this yeast strain is aggressive.

IPA and pizza is my go to, anything bold and spicy pairs really good with IPA. There is a Thai place in my town that makes amazing spicy squid fried rice and holy wow that is so good with a big DIPA
