They made a version of this pale ale with citra hops for a little which I thought was a huge improvement. They're not distributing it anymore though. Still an easy drinker!

I'm pretty open. I enjoy pale ales, IPAs (hazy and traditional WC), IPLs, stouts, ambers, brown, and sours. I'm open to trying other new stuff too. I'm always wanting to expand my palate with other varieties people really enjoy.

Kettle sours are really easy and will be a breeze with your eBIAB setup. I do sours in my boil kettle with a fermwrap around it and they work fine. You stop the souring by boiling so ideally you'll have a pH meter you can accurately measure this with. If not, you can always taste. I have...

Hey everyone! A bit late, but then again I have not drank every Christmas beer yet! I took most of January off from drinking. That being said I have tried at least one of everyone's beers and they are all excellent! I'm looking forward to swapping some local beers with people this year too...

Thanks @yoop89! I think some of the bottles tasted better than others and I think they were better shortly after being brewed. I was out of state for several months though so I had to make due with the time I had in order to make sure everyone would get a set! I think they taste better a little...

Just got a package from @Yeroc. Everything was intact and that was actually really great packaging. I'm saving it and using it for another time! I have 3 of the packages boxed up, but won't get to shipping until Monday most likely.
