We're brewing our Dubbel at Lazy Boy Brewing on Thursday next week. Won't be on at opening but will be on tap within the next few weeks.

I didn't get a chance to brew today. Spent the day bottling and kegging my barrel beer. I want to contribute to this project so hopefully I can brew this week.

I just kegged 8 gallons of this beer today and bottled 2 cases in 750ml corked bottles. Just shy of 2 months in the barrel after aging 9 months with the oak dowel. It really tastes great. Pleasantly sour and slightly acidic. Smells like Cantillon which is awesome! Now what to call it? I know...

I've been so busy but I'm going to try and grab the ingredients and brew this tomorrow. Wish me luck.

No firm date yet. We received our liquor license last week along with Fire Marshall sign off. Monday is final DPD inspection. After that, I need to schedule the health dept inspection. Once that is approved, we will set a firm opening date. You guys will be the first to know when that is. :mug:
