I am looking for an extract recipe for a chocolate peanut butter stout. A few months ago I got to try one called the Big Grusome by Spring House. It was basicly a reese peanut butter cup in a glass. Anybody else ever have it or have an idea of how to make it?
Just finished bottling my blueberry wheat ale. I only used 3 lbs. of frozen berries and really did not get much flavor. I bought some blueberry flavoring which said to add 2 fl oz for 5 gallon. I only added about 1.5 to 5 gallons. I took a taste and now my beer taste like soap. Please tell me...
I left my blueberries in for 7 days, the CO2 should protect them for the week. Try not to keep opening it up because oxygen will get in and your fruit might start to mold.

wifes uncle made it there today around noon, they parted out other ones to make me 3 good ones. They even pressure checked them. Will just need some cleaning.
this is my first brew too. The bubbles stopped after 4 days in the primary so i transfered it to my carboy, the bubbles started right away once int he carboy. I plan on letting it rest for 2 weeks then bottle like the instructions say to do. Hopefully it will taste good around Christmas.
