    NB St Paul Porter kit over 1 year old. Brew it?

    I asked NB how long there kits last and they said up to a year if there is no crushed grains, I have the NB SP porter in secondary right now and so far it tastes great.

    Yes me to, also it has warmed up here a few degrees. Ambient is around 60F. I went ahead an botteld yesterday... :mug: I plan on leaving it alone for 3 weeks..... i will post back in here after my first sample. It sure is nice looking at all those filled bottles! I got 47 beers!!

    Thanks for all the feedback, maybe I will just warm it up for a day or so to clean up some of the flavor and then bottle. I am not in a hurry to finish.
