    When draining your boil kettle do you drain completely? The .75 - 1 gallon I have been leaving is very sludgey.

    Water chemistry is something I didn't think of. I use Eldorado Natural Spring Water. They report a pH of 7.33.     To add a little more info, this happened to my 2 previous brews. First thing I thought was grain crush so this time I had my LHBS adjust the mill to give me a better crush, but same results.

    People that wear beanies in the summer. They usually won't drink a beer if you've heard of it because it's too mainstream. Also people who tailgate, then when you get over to let them pass they go the same speed.
