    Its a trick, get an axe. H Mart is a chain of large Korean Grocery stores. I cant find the yeast in their online store but they have a sprouted sweet brown rice that sounds like it would work well.

    Honey-Alt?

    Ended up way too sweet. Made a tea of .5 oz columbus and .5 oz fuggle boiled in 2 quarts of water for 60 min to add some some more bitter and mask the sweet. Its drinkable now. Ooops Live and learn I guess.

    I would go plastic up to the shanks but this is what the top of the tower looks like. Since it was a glycol cooled tower I am assuming there is some sorta cooling voodoo going on inside that foam. Thanks for the line length link that will come in handy. I'm going to try and get a roughed out...

    I picked up this used Tap Tower for $200 for my keezer bar build. And I am wondering what the best way to connect it up is. It is a perlick tower and has stainless and copper running to the taps. Its all encased in foam on the top so for now the shanks are staying. Am I correct in guessing...

    Is it necessary to tap the cartridge? Or are the walls thin enough that I can just kinda screw the fitting in and then epoxy in place?
