    Caramel Apple Hard Cider

Hey guys made a batch of this Wednesday night. And within 15 hours it was bubbling away. When I came home today however, there was a couple of fruit flies around it. I noticed the airlock was low. I filled it back up. I'm probably ok right?

    Graham's English Cider

If you want it to be a dry cider use the priming sugar. If you use the concentrate you'll get a sweeter cider but will have to pasteurize to prevent bottle bombs. Sent from my iPhone using Home Brew

    Graham's English Cider

Looks nice. I'm about a week ahead of you. Mine was about this cloudy when I racked over to secondary. It's pretty clear at this point. Only difference is my gravity was down to 1.000 at secondary Sent from my iPhone using Home Brew

    Honey Peach Cider

Just made a batch of this. Can't wait to try it. I used some yeast nutrient in it. Though when I went back to the original post I see it didn't call for any. Oh well can't hurt. Maybe it'll ferment quicker. Sent from my iPhone using Home Brew

    Graham's English Cider

Just racked over to secondary and almost had a heart attack. I Had to buy a new carboy and went with the better bottle for price and ease.
