It's working great! Brewed a Belgian wit yesterday and threw the ispindel in the bucket. I only used the 90 degree offset, the measured max SG from the sugar solution and the OG of this brew to calculate the Plato formula. So far so good.

The calibration is off because the hardware isn't fixed within the tube? I am thinking of fixate it within the tube by pooring a bit of epoxy on the bottom, but that seems a little to drastic. I would like to hear other suggestions. The PCB I fixed within the drawer by using a couple of drops...

So why would you want to use a switch like a tilt switch anyway? Is that so you don't have to open the tube if you have installed a wireless charging receiver? As I understand it, the cap has to come of anyway to sanitize it because dregs collects between the cap and the tube. Switch that I...

My first build I did with the V2.1 and now that this came out pretty nice I am confident enough to do my second build with the V2, although the holes of the temp sensor are pretty close together so I hope the solder doesn't flow from one hole to another:eek: Identical in the sense of layout...

@ro_florence It is so much easier with a custom pcb. You don't have to think about what goes where because it is all printed on there.

I ordered there, very nice pcb's, lack of communication there, but they do arrive after a while. And I ordered the V2 instead of the v2.1, as shown in the first pic which I tried to alter but they just didn't reply to my emails. I also ordered here...
