    Just enough to carbonate it. I am poor, nothing else on hand. Plus I actually love crappy (cheap) beer as well as good beer.

    It's an SNPA clone....I just bottled it and it tastes just like the real thing (as much as it can at this stage), it's gonna be hard to wait a month. I added some Milwaukee's Best to the sample I took and it is pretty dang delectable. Thanks all!

    Hi guys, I am a pretty new brewer. This is a great forum. The beer is about 14 days old, 7 days in the secondary. This schmutz is starting to form on the sides of the carboy....is this bacteria or just yeast being yeasty? What to do, friends? Pic is in link...
