    The gratzer was per Stefin's suggestion from the previous group buy. I followed the Northern Brewer's recipe. Used 100% weyermann oak smoked wheat.

    First All Grain. When to add specialty grains?

    Mash everything together. I doubt you'll have any trouble. I used to separate but came to the conclusion that there is not much difference, if any. Save yourself the extra work.

    Ginger Ale (kegged)

    Just made a 2 qt batch. Peeled the ginger and tossed it in the blender with some of the sugar water. Didn't boil the ginger. Didn't strain it. It came out delicious and very authenthic.
