    AIH has already discontinued selling grains in anything less than one pound. I just checked their website today. I just bought a half pound each of two types of grains just 3 weeks ago. My batch is still in the fermenter (packaging tomorrow).

    I just switched to AIH on my current batch because they’re the only online brew supplier that I found that sells steeping grains in fractional pounds. My first order went perfectly. A couple items were on sale, shipping was fast and inexpensive. I plan on making them my go to supplier now.

    So who's brewing this weekend?

    I'm brewing next Tuesday (if my ingredients arrive on Monday like the tracking says). It's going to be a Session Dunkelweizen. First time brewing this style. They're $4.50 a bottle at our local Total Wine & More, which is the only place that carries Dunkelweizen around here.
