Ohio Selling it all! BIAB stand, fermentors, Sanke, Corny, grain hops...

I'd sell the Sanke kegs and fermentation chamber and possibly some fermentors but I hate to sell too much of the smaller items until the stand sells. I'd like to package some of it with the stand if at all possible.

Basket hoisted and swiveled to the side. Used this setup one time and stored it. Worked awesome.

Ohio Selling it all! BIAB stand, fermentors, Sanke, Corny, grain hops...

I can run all major credit cards through my square app if anyone needs it. It does charge a decent fee so a deal will need to be worked out first to compensate depending on the amount. Also can do PayPal. Haven't brewed in a while and I have other hobbies taking my time. I've decided to sell...

BIAB brew stand with hoist and pump

I'm thinking about selling my stand that started this post. It's still just like new. One batch is all I've brewed. Hence the reason for selling. If anyone is interested they can email me. I haven't had much time for brewing lately or reading on the forum. Text is ok too at 937-six zero four-0272

Getting ready to start big fermentation chamber

I just built one similar last winter. Not as tall but its still decent size. I used 2x4's and rigid foam and the capped it all with plywood.

BIAB brew stand with hoist and pump

I didn't adjust anything except the crush on the grain. Basically hitting the exact same numbers as my brutus without as much work. With the brutus I had to switch hoses, attach the sparge lid and arm, clean two pots, two false bottoms, two pumps, transfer water and wort to different kettles...

BIAB brew stand with hoist and pump

My mash temp for this recipe was 150. I had to heat a little after dough in because my temp dropped to 148. Got it to 150, stirring the whole time. I killed the heat, threw two towels on top and left it for 60 minutes. No recirculation or heat. It dropped to 149 about 5 minutes before the...

BIAB brew stand with hoist and pump

Brewed a batch of IPA on the new stand. Worked awesome! It was by far the easiest brewing I've done compared to the single tier 3 kettle Brutus system. I did 10 gallons of IPA. I first changed my Barley Crusher's gap for a tight crush. I'd have to get the feeler gauges out and measure it...

BIAB brew stand with hoist and pump

Finally going to brew with the BIAB stand. I have the yeast on the stir plate and the grain is ground and ready. I hope to brew tomorrow. Spent last night and most of today cleaning kegs, fermenters, and beer lines on the kegerator. When you haven't brewed in 10 months things get dirty...

BIAB brew stand with hoist and pump

I actually have not brewed with this yet. I know that sounds crazy but I got married last year and between that, work, money and other hobbies I just haven't started again. I do have a fermentation chamber built and ready. My wife suggested we brew this weekend. I own a landscaping business...

BIAB brew stand with hoist and pump

As far as the sides of the basket pulling in with weight, the bayou classic pots are more than strong enough. To test the tipping capacity I stacked over 40# of weight into the basket, hanging from the handle, and it didn't move at all. The trick is a heavy stainless basket with a rolled upper...

BIAB brew stand with hoist and pump

I'm getting closer to brewing again. Kegs are empty and the weather is cooling off finally. I'm trying to finish another project, a sand rail build, before brewing. So many projects with so little time. Thanks for all the comments. Full brewing report soon I hope.

BIAB brew stand with hoist and pump

I hate to admit it, but I haven't brewed with this stand yet. Last year I was on a roll brewing and this year has been filled with other projects and it's been incredibly hot for here. I recently built a fermentation chamber so the heat won't matter as much. I'll be back to brewing soon. The...
