    Sounds good, I really need to use kiwi hops more. I tried my first bottle of my Citra Saison on Friday, only a week in the bottle but carbed really well. It's like a really complex delicious lemonade (kind of), it's hard to describe. The smoked malt added a little something, but it's faint so...

    Well, this got a Bronze medal in the American Barleywine category at the national homebrew comp yesterday. Pretty pleased with that :-) score was 36/50

    I transferred and dry hopped my citra Saison in the weekend, it has a great pineapple tropical fruit aroma. Unfortunately it started fermenting again after the transfer as I have no idea how much longer it'll take, was at 1.014 so could be a while yet

    Warehouse stationery, $100, then a 30m continuous roll was $50, apparently some come with a 8m continuous roll, but mine came with std address labels. The software is reasonably straight forward, apparently it also prints pictures, all in black and white of course

    118 days since I started Super Beer is finally in the bottle! Still 20.7% still delicious!

    Just added the second yeast to Super Stout tonight, 4 days in and it's already at 12%

    1.186 after adjusting for the temp. Got 19Litres and it's the best efficiency I've ever gotten of 73.5%. Yeast started bubbling within hours of going in :-)

    Did most of the boil today, boiled 55L down to 25L, will do the remainder tomorrow. (been sick with bronchitis so don't want to push it too much)
