    Racking off a hop monster

    Do you have a LHBS near you? I'd say if you're more anal about it than just carefully racking between the trub/hops, you could buy a hop bag and siphon from inside the hop bag to utilize it as a filter.

    IPA not getting the taste I want....Help!

    I'd dump the crystal 30 entirely and up the pale to 10lb. I also suggest to up the 15min-flameout addition 2-3X and do another whirlpool addition @ 180-160*F of 1-3oz. You could probably drop your dry hop to 1-2 ounces as well. This should give you plenty of hop flavor and aroma that will stick...

    Damaged corny keg?

    I've got a liquid out post that's dinged so far down into the o-ring the metal on top is broken. That being said, the o-ring keeps it liquid tight and it still functions perfectly granted, it is a bit "stickier" to get the ball lock on and off.
