I got it.... What about adding diferent malts at flameout.??? a dark malt for one.. and a lighter malt for the other.... maybe dry hop the lighter one...?????

Hi all.... Headed to my brew shop tomorrow and need extract recipe ideas. I would like to brew 10 gallons and split into 2 batches... Pitch different yeasts and maybe dry hop one of them to make them even more different. Not a real big IPA fan... Although I don't mind a hoppy pale ale...

kegged.. and drinking... :mug: Beer came out very clean. :ban: Fermentation temps were mainly in the 60s. only the first couple of days around 72, which helped get things started. Nice chocolate flavor, but maybe a little more dark chocolate / coffee flavor than I was shooting for...

I am getting a triple tower.. one has the Perlick 525 and the other has the 630... both are stainless steel.. what the heck is the difference??? Which is better...???? Thanks

After 18days in primary... Moving to the fridge for a few days then will keg with nibs for a couple weeks.

And I would assume the perlick faucets are worth the money?
