    I agree 100%!!! I have my first batch fermenting now at day 8. And if it wasn't for these forums I probably would ve bottled a few days ago. I also want to thank everyone here!     Apricot Hefeweizen Recipe Help

    I just added 4 oz. of apricot flavoring to a 5 gallon Weizenbier after 7 days in the primary. I also gave it a little stir. Is that the right way to do it. Has anyone had any experience with these combos? Thx

    I was wondering the same thing, but I have a weizenbier. On all of the instructions it says to wait 7 days. Its been 6 days and I'm getting antsy.
